Switching from another management company?
There is no leasing fee when your property transfers to us with a resident already in place. A one-time $200 management transfer fee covers the handoff: collecting the lease, deposit, and records from your current company, verifying the resident's status and ledger, re-documenting the property, and moving everyone onto our systems without a gap. The transfer fee applies only when the property is currently managed by another company. If you have been managing it yourself, there is no transfer fee and no setup fee.
