What we collect

When you submit the rental analysis form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, property address, and anything you add in the notes. When you contact us by phone, text, or email, we keep the contact information and the content of that communication.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, which is used to keep the site secure and working. If we use website analytics, that data is collected in aggregate and is not used to identify you.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to prepare your rental analysis, respond to your inquiry, and follow up about property management services. If you become a client or resident, your information is kept in our property management software to manage your account.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our property management software, form processing, and email providers, and only for those purposes. We may disclose information when required by law.

Spam protection

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. Turnstile may process limited technical information from your browser for that purpose.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information you submitted through this site by emailing michael@silvertrustgroup.com. Records we are required to keep for a lease, a management agreement, or by law are kept for the required period.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
